A New Vision for Charleston’s Waterfront
Developed by Beemok Hospitality Collection, The Cooper will be Charleston’s only true luxury waterfront hotel, located at 176 Concord Street beside Joe Riley Waterfront Park. The property will offer 191 elegantly designed rooms and suites, inspired by Charleston’s maritime heritage and graceful architecture.
Every element has been designed to capture the soul of the Lowcountry — from expansive harbor views to locally inspired dining concepts, a 7,000-square-foot wellness spa, and an infinity-edge pool overlooking the Cooper River. With 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, The Cooper is poised to become a hub for weddings, gatherings, and world-class hospitality in the Holy City.
Kaleigh’s Role
As a member of the Advisory Board, Kaleigh will lend her expertise in luxury travel and guest experience design to help shape how The Cooper welcomes guests from around the world. Her insight will influence everything from design and service philosophy to the hotel’s commitment to authentic, thoughtful hospitality.
