We’re expanding our corporate and group travel offerings and are seeking an experienced Group Travel Specialist to lead large-scale group programs with precision and polish.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a seasoned Group Travel Specialist with a strong background in corporate group travel, including incentive trips, executive retreats, sales meetings, and brand-hosted events. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, thrives in complex, multi-layered environments, and has a proven track record of delivering seamless travel experiences for high-level corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage end-to-end group travel logistics for corporate groups ranging from 20 to 200+ participants
- Design itineraries that include accommodations, private transfers, flights, meeting space, event coordination, and custom experiences
- Serve as the primary liaison for corporate clients, maintaining proactive communication and professional rapport throughout
- Negotiate with hotels, DMCs, and vendors to secure group rates, exclusive amenities, and contract terms
- Create polished, client-ready proposals and final documentation using itinerary design platforms (Tern experience a plus)
- Manage detailed timelines for deposits, documentation, rooming lists, and travel confirmations
- Coordinate on-site support or attend select events, as needed
- Collaborate with the TST team to ensure brand consistency and an elevated client experience
