The process of researching and putting together a customized, bespoke proposal that matches your travel desires takes time. On average, we spend 25 hours working on a trip from initial discussion through your arrival back home.

As an Independent Affiliate of Avenue Two Travel, one of the most well respected travel agencies in the luxury travel sphere, we are a top producer and preferred partner with most of the world’s best hotels and resorts, tour operators, and cruise lines. Because of this, we have personal contacts around the Travel World, many of whom we call friends. In addition to our contacts, we also collectively spend hundreds of days learning more each year by attending webinars, reading news, listening to podcasts, and personally touring or experiencing dozens and dozens of the properties we most often recommend. Our clients are VIPs at our preferred partner hotels and receive all of the “in the know” knowledge of practically any destination they choose.
Please Note: in most destinations, we partner with hotels that average anywhere from $300 to $1,000+ per night, per room. This means, we can provide the best service for clients who have an average budget of $1,000 per day and up for full itinerary planning.
Hotel Only Bookings
- Complimentary Service- We are happy to do simple hotel bookings on a complimentary basis for clients who know what they want, where they would like to go, and who especially enjoy the added value of Virtuoso or preferred partner amenities.
- Quotes and Comparisons- $100 Fee. For clients needing a bit more advice and expertise, we charge a $100 fee to find you the perfect resort or hotel. This includes three to four hotel or resort options and up to one revision of the original quote.
- Multi Destination Trips- Starting from $250. For clients needing quotes and comparisons for multi-destination trips, our fees start at $250. This includes three to four hotel or resort options in each destination (up to three destinations), one revision of the original quote, and advice on the best method of transportation between the multiple destinations.
- Villa or Home Rental- Starting from $200. For clients needing a home or villa rental, our fees start at $200 for finding, vetting, and securing luxury home rental.
- Included in Every Booking- All of our clients receive a VIP email sent to the hotel or resort, should you choose a hotel in our preferred network.
Concierge Services
- Concierge Services- Starting from $75/hr. For clients looking for assistance with dining reservations, transfers, spa appointments, tee times, and more, our concierge services are priced starting from $75 per hour.
- Included in this service is our compilation of all of your onsite activities and details and placing them in a digital itinerary format, so that you are well organized and your trip is as stress free as possible.
- This is a completely optional service we offer that can be added on to any of our packages!
- Please note, in the absence of booking hotel or another portion of your trip, this fee may increase based on the complexity of the trip and time spent. Contact us to get a custom proposal!
Custom Travel Planning
For clients looking to have complete planning of their trip including advice on multiple cities/destinations, excursions, logistics between destinations and more, we offer custom travel planning to near every destination around the world. Examples of Custom Travel Planning would be clients looking to visit most international destinations where their main objective is to “see” the country.
- Custom Travel Planning with a Senior Luxury Travel Advisor: Starting from $350. Services start at $350 per 7 nights for up to 4 people or a single family to work with one of our Senior Luxury Travel Advisors
- Custom Travel Planning with Founder, Kaleigh Kirkpatrick: Starting from $450. Services start at $450 per 7 nights for up to 4 people or a single family to work with per 7 nights for up to 4 people to work with the Founder, Kaleigh Kirkpatrick.
- $50 per person/per week thereafter
- If you require additional proposal options to compare, $200 per proposal may be assessed
Our trip planning fee covers initial consultation and discussion of your trip dreams and expectations, time spent researching, developing, and revising a proposal to create the perfect customized itinerary, booking and managing all components, and support while traveling.
Please note: because it covers the initial consultation, research, and time spent on the proposal, this fee is non-refundable and will be charged regardless of whether a client books a trip with us. When, however, a client books a trip with us, this fee also covers management, booking, and travel support during the trip.
Air Booking
- Flight Ticketing, Domestic or International: $50 per person. For clients looking for assistance with air ticketing, we charge $50 per ticket.
- For this fee, we will monitor schedule changes and assist with any adjustments that need to be made to the tickets due to schedule changes. If you need to make an adjustment, you can call us instead of waiting on hold with the airline. Adjustments to your itinerary that are voluntary will result in an additional $50 fee.
- Please note that our air department is open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST. After hours changes or needs will be charged at the after hours rate of our Air Department.
Disney Travel Planning Fees
While we have experience in planning travel to nearly every destination across the globe, Luxury Disney is another one of our specialties and it is a very unique skillset.
We take pride in being essentially, the Destination Management Company with our extensive knowledge of the parks, hotels, tips and tricks, and more. For Disney Trips, we usually spend more than the average 25 hours we mentioned from start to finish in booking a custom trip.
- Disney Travel Planning with a Senior Luxury Travel Advisor- Starting from $350. Disney Travel Planning Fees start at $350 to work with one of our Senior Luxury Travel Advisors.
- Disney Travel Planning with Founder, Kaleigh Kirkpatrick: From $450. For Kaleigh, this fee is for a single family (up to 6 people) and then $150 per family/room additional.
